Vantix ONE Account Application Terms

Please read carefully. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

  1. Application review. Submission creates an application for review; it does not open an account, guarantee approval, or create a customer relationship. An authorized Vantix ONE administrator may approve, decline, or request corrected information.
  2. Identity and contact information. You authorize Vantix ONE to store and use the name, date of birth, email address, and telephone number submitted solely to evaluate, create, administer, and secure a Vantix ONE account. Keep your contact information current.
  3. Digital communications. You consent to receive account communications electronically. Optional text-message consent is not required for application review. If opted in, Vantix ONE text messages will originate only from +14074769718; message and data charges may apply.
  4. Security. You must protect issued credentials, use a unique password, and notify Vantix ONE promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Vantix ONE may suspend access to protect an account or investigate suspicious activity.
  5. Transfers and fees. Internal account-number transfers settle immediately when authorized. External transfer requests remain pending until an administrator approves or denies them. Standard external transfers carry no fee. An expedited external transfer costs $1 plus 10% of the requested transfer amount; that fee is charged separately and never reduces the amount sent. A scheduled expedited request not acted upon within one hour is automatically approved.
  6. Overdrafts. A transfer or account action that causes an available balance to fall below zero may incur a $35 overdraft fee. Overdraft and transfer fees are credited to the Vantix ONE Bank Reserve account. You remain responsible for restoring a negative balance.
  7. Availability and records. Activity presented online is for account administration and may be corrected when an error is identified. Keep your own records and report discrepancies promptly.
  8. Prohibited activity. You may not use Vantix ONE for illegal activity, fraud, evasion of sanctions, unauthorized access, or activity that threatens the service or other customers.
  9. Changes and termination. Vantix ONE may update these terms, discontinue features, disable an account, or deny an application where permitted. Material changes will be presented through the service or another recorded communication method.
  10. Demo limitation. This software is a demonstration banking workflow. It is not a licensed financial institution, ACH processor, card issuer, or substitute for a regulated production banking system. Do not use it to hold or move real customer funds without qualified legal, compliance, security, payment-rail, and banking-partner review.
